This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this RFI is to perform market research, obtain information for project planning, to include the exploration of alternative solutions for services that are currently provided to the U.S. Department of State (DOS) Bureau of Medical Services (MED) through MED’s current Multi-Mission Aviation Support Services contract (MMASS). MED is seeking to review recommendations from industry regarding air ambulance capabilities and other aviation support services, such as medical and crisis support to medium-to-high threat locations, that meet MED’s requirements, resource, timeline, and cost constraints to implement short-notice aviation services, with an emphasis on short-notice medical and crisis aviation support.
