Wainwright Memorial VAMC (Tri-Cities) 100% SDVOSB SET ASIDE This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice that the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) intends to solicit quotes to provide non-personal IOTA Services for the Tri-Cities, WA Outpatient Clinic (OPC) Activation. This requirement supports VHA's mission by providing contractor services to help support the activation. This will be a firm-fixed-price contract with an estimated Period of Performance of (37) thirty-seven months. The Tri-Cities, Washington Outpatient Clinic (OPC) proposes leasing an approximately 98,635 NUSF replacement and expanded Outpatient Clinic in the vicinity of Tri-Cities, WA, which includes 700 parking spaces.
