This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24226B0006, Project Number 561-25-125 Replace Pumps for Chillers at the VA Health Care System, East Orange Campus, 385 Tremont Ave., East Orange, NJ 07018-1023. This shall be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. As a result, all SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. Scope of Work: The scope of work shall generally consist of, but not limited to the following: The project involves upgrading the HVAC system distribution pumps, and associated components located in the mechanical room serving the chillers in Building 1. The existing pumps are in poor condition, barely functional and have exceeded their useful life. Replacing these pumps will significantly reduce maintenance time, improve system control and enhance the distribution of heating and cooling across rooms, floors, and departments.
