This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L6-25-R-A002 and is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) in accordance with the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, using the procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 37, Service Contracting. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 dated June 11, 2025.
