PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR COMMUNITY NURSING HOME (CNH) SERVICES. The Department of Veterans Affairs Biloxi Gulf Coast Health Care System, Biloxi, MS, intends to release a commercial solicitation for an Open and Continuous Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Community Nursing Home Services to beneficiaries located in the Mobile, Alabama area. The Nursing Home must be certified under Title XVIII (Medicare) or Title XIX (Medicaid) or have received special approval from VA s Geriatrics and Extended Care Strategic Healthcare Group (GEC SHG). The Government anticipates that the solicitation will be released on or about 30 November 2025. The designated North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 623110 Nursing Care Facilities (size standard of $34 Million), Nursing Homes. The Government anticipates the possibility of multiple awards of Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to the successful respondents to this solicitation.
