NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is issuing this formal solitcitation notice following pre-solicitiation Notice ID: N0038325R010C. The Government intends to negotiate and award a sole-source supply contract to General Electric (GE) Company, Cage Code: 99207, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) permitting other than full and open competition, and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract will be a five (5) year Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) Requirements-Type Supply Contract (5-year base, no options) for the repair and/or replacement and sustainment for the items identified in Exhibit B for the T700 Engine Components. Under the anticipated contract, the Contractor will be required to stock, warehouse, repair, modify and/or replace, store and provide for shipment of Ready-for-Issue (RFI) condition assets within the established contract performance metrics.
