This is a Sources Sought Announcement for the Bureau of Reclamation - 6552-HH AV CABLING & INFRASTRUCTURE This announcement is being used for market research and advanced planning purposes. Proposals are not requested and will not be accepted from this Sources Sought Notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND A CONTRACT WILL NOT BE AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE. The Hungry Horse AV Cabling and Infrastructure Project aims to replace, upgrade, and integrate analog devices at the Hungry Horse Field Office (HHFO). The project will modernize two conference rooms to be internet meeting capable and ensure thorough testing, coordination, and training for each upgrade. The current system will be migrated to VoIP, including migrating analog connections to the central MDF and installing new PRI circuits with local coordination for activation and porting. Existing phones will be replaced, and the system's safety and security will be maintained. Up to ten personnel will be trained in the new phone system, who will then train HHFO personnel.
