REPLACE SIDWALKS, STATION WIDE 528A6-25-614 GENERAL PROJECT WORK SCOPE DESCRIPTION Existing Conditions: The Bath VAMC is located at 76 Veterans Avenue, Bath, NY 14810. The layout is a campus with more than 30 buildings located on over 200 acres. Normal working hours are Monday Friday 8:00am 4:30pm. Current sidewalks, station wide, are deteriorating and in need of repair/replacement. The Scope of this project includes but is not limited to demolishing/removing existing sidewalks, preparing subbase, installing new concrete sidewalks, including ADA tactile warning surfaces, & restoring disturbed lawns. Scope of Work: Demolition: Contractor is to provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, to complete demolition of existing sidewalks as well as an existing metal handrail near the south end driveway of B-76 as identified in the contract drawings. Contractor is required to dispose of all demolition at an approved location offsite.
