This is a Synopsis as required by the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(e)) and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 416), and fulfills the synopsis and advertising requirements prescribed in FAR Part 5 – Publicizing Contract Actions. The solicitation will consist of one NSN: Line Item 0001: NSN: 4130-01-539-6297, COMPRESSOR, REFRIGERATION DLA does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. This NSN has two approved sources: AM General (CAGE: 34623) Part Number 6027992 and Mobile Climate Control Corp (CAGE: 0VL44) Part Number 4526529. The solicitation issue date will be on or around May 9, 2025 The solicitation will be unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition for an indefinite quantity type contract and does not authorize delivery of any material.
