The Sources Sought notice is posted by the Government agency seeking possible sources for a project. This notice is not a solicitation for a work or a request for proposal. The purpose of this notice is to identify interested and capable vendors to perform the work described below and to incorporate the results of this notice into the Government's Market Research Report. This project involves integrating Direct Digital Controls (DDC) into the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems of the Yukon Club (B2225) and Base Supply (B3426). The Yukon Club and Base Supply HVAC systems must be fully connected to DDC systems, building upon existing connections to the HVAC shop's Orca View and Enteliweb front end systems for select units, including mechanical room HVAC units in both buildings, and one kitchen makeup air unit in the Yukon Club. A comprehensive HAZMAT survey is required to identify and manage any potential environmental hazards within both buildings.
