Sources Sought NAICS 541

Synopsis: Mission Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood (MICC-FH) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice on behalf of The United States Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) Operational Test Command (USAOTC) as a means of conducting market research to identify potential 8(a) contractors who may be interested in and have the resources to support this requirement for operational test to support the mission of the Integrated Test and Evaluation Directorate (ITED), and Fires Test Directorates (FTD). The USAOTC welcomes Corporate Capability Statements from all eligible 8(a) participants. USAOTC does not intend to award a contract on the basis of responses nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted or USAOTC's use of such information. Acknowledgement of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of USAOTC's evaluation of the information received. As a result of this notice, the Government may issue a Request for Proposal (RFP). Should such a requirement fail to materialize, no basis for claims against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this notice.
