Federal Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) Modernization 2nd Request for Information (RFI) September 30, 2025 The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking industry feedback on the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the previously publicized procurement of a secure, cloud-based, governmentwide Core Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This request is part of OPMs ongoing market research under the Federal HRIT Modernization initiative. The Government intends to use industry input to refine the final PWS and acquisition strategy prior to issuing a formal solicitation. Please provide the following in your response: General comments/questions/feedback on the draft PWS and the updated draft Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) Structure.
