Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428-9000 Set-Aside: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, intends to issue a solicitation for the expansion of the B330 Staff Parking Lot at the Dayton VA Medical Center under project number 552-26-502. Project Overview The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to construct an approximately 93,200 square foot gravel parking lot with approximately 320 parking spaces. The new lot will extend the existing staff parking area on the west side of Building 330, adjacent to Liscum Road, Michigan Avenue, and Minnesota Avenue.
