DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW) REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) / INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR LEASE LOCATION The VA Long Beach Healthcare System is currently seeking a leased space in the City of Santa Fe Springs, CA. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to continue occupancy in accordance with (IAW) the authority outlined in General Services Administration Acquisition Manual (GSAM) 570.402 Succeeding Leases. The VA will take in consideration the cost of moving, alterations, and other factors when determining where to relocate. The VA will require any space being offered to meet the following criteria: A lease for up to 10 years; 5 Years Firm, 180 Day Termination Rights Occupancy is required by January 1, 2027. Offered space can be on no more than one (1) floor; preferred Shall provide at the minimum of 9,000 rentable square feet (RSF); with a maximum of 10,000 RSF.
