Special Notice NAICS 811210

This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to GE OEC Medical Systems Inc located at 384 N Wright Brothers DR, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116-2862, USA. Services will be performed from 10/31/2025 through 10/30/2026 under NAICS 811210. The purpose of this service contract is to provide full parts and maintenance support for one (1) GE OEC C-arm and 24/7 remote support for seven (7) GE OEC C-arms. All materials and services provided shall be in accordance with the OEM specifications and guidelines. During scheduled service intervals, all parts including batteries and accessories shall be replaced at no additional cost to the Government. The contract location is at the Southeastern Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS), 2400 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract.
