This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The purpose of this sources sought is for market research to gain knowledge of potential sources for future needs including interested small business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Kansas Air National Guard, McConnell AFB will soon be soliciting for a project to replace water meters at twelve (12) buildings. Work shall consist of the following: Remove existing water meters in Buildings 3, 4, 33, 36, 37, 40, 41, 42, 48, 49, 50, and 65. At all sites, install new Sierra Instruments 203-4-CP-NIST Ultrasonic Digital Liquid Flow Meter with modbus communication. The contractor is to conduct pre-installation site assessments to evaluate existing meter configurations, verify pipe materials, sizing, specific installation requirements, identify access restrictions, document possible outage windows, coordinate utility shut offs, and assess current DDC panel locations and protocols.
