INTRODUCTION U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District, is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the following four (4) anticipated Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction contracts under the Sentinel Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Operation and Maintenance Complex (OMC) located at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Great Falls, Montana: Consolidated Maintenance Facility (CMF) Missile Handling Complex (MHC) Integrated Training Center (ITC) Integrated Command Center (ICC) The intent is to procure these projects on a competitive basis, as separate, firm-fixed price construction projects.
