The solicitation pertains to the replacement of hot water pumps and manifolds in the Chancery subbasement at the U.S. Embassy in Madrid, Spain. The Contractor will be required to provide all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel necessary to perform the services outlined in the contract.
