Design and construct a new canopy roof system at Oceana Naval Air Station Dam Neck Annex at the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) Entry Control Point in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The new roof system must utilize the ten existing columns and foundations located at the site. Square footage of new roof shall be approximately 5,600 square feet and approximately same extents of previous roof system. Provide sun and rain protection to users of Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) Entry Control Point. The design of the new canopy roof must consider the impact of construction to gate operations and minimize disturbance to those operations to the maximum extent possible.
