Response Due Date: September 22, 2025, by 12:00PM (EST) NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC), on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Digital Health Office (DHO) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed contract with options to Arrow ARC, LLC., to provide improved usability, safety, and supportability of VA systems through tailored analysis and timely insight into design tradeoffs related to human performance, staffing, training and systems safety, with the goal of maximizing system performance and minimizing lifecycle costs.
