Presolicitation

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(a) and 5.204, this Sources Sought Synopsis / Pre-Solicitation Notice is posted to inform the public of an impending solicitation to be issued for the construction requirement described herein and to garner interest from qualified firms in submitting an offer in response to the solicitation. The Government intends to post the Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation # 1240LU25R0029 on SAM.gov, on or about 15 calendar days from the publication of this announcement. Evaluation procedures of proposals will be in accordance with the FAR 15.101-2 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process. Responses will be due on or about 30 calendar days after the solicitation is posted, unless extended through an amendment. The resultant award will be a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract. Specifications, Statement of Work, drawings, maps and a Schedule of Items (SOI) will be posted on SAM.gov as attachments to the solicitation. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement.
