The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR 13.5 to Myrover-Reese Fellowship Homes, Inc 560 Wilkes Rd, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28306 for the Fayetteville VAMC Homeless Veterans Temporary Rehabilitative Residential Housing service that provides inpatient transitional housing located within a 50-mile radius of VAMC Fayetteville, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 and/or a 25-mile radius of the outlying VA Heath Care Centers(HCC) (as identified by available internet mapping programs). The service includes but not limited to beds, restroom, bathrooms, kitchen facilities, related furnishings, meals and snacks, hygiene items, first aid supplies, and lockable storage. Myrover-Reese Fellowship Homes, Inc is the current service provider.
