THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. In accordance with FAR 6.103.1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for: 1) Thermal expansion in real time during thermal conductivity testing. To Kratos SRE, Inc., 757 Tom Martin Dr. Birmingham/AL 35211 as the OEM of the only source with direct knowledge needed. Kratos accommodates thermal expansion in real time during thermal conductivity testing. Kratos is an ITAR approved facility and Kratos has historical experience with this testing. Replicating this capability with an alternative vendor would result in significantly delay project schedules.
