Presolicitation NAICS 541330

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to issue a solicitation for a sole source, Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF), contract with BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, Inc for delivery of a software configuration to support the Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System (APKWS) guidance system to increase capabilities for Department of Defense (DoD) platforms in targeting, guidance, command and control while decreasing the need for the main platform to maneuver in order to establish a firing solution with the system. This requirement will be solicited in accordance with the authority of with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2, Only One Responsible Source.
