AMENDMENT 0006: With the recission of Class Deviation 2025-O0002 and its Revision 1, Waiver of Project Labor Agreement Requirements, a forthcoming Amendment 0006 to Solicitation W912P525RA001 will be issued to add the requirement for a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) as Factor V – Project Labor Agreement. FAR Provision 52.222-33, Notice of Project Labor Agreement, and FAR Clause 52.222-34, Project Labor Agreement, will be incorporated into the Solicitation by reference. Solicitation Section 00 21 00 Instructions to Offerors and Procedures for Submission of Offers and Proposal Evaluation Approach will be revised to incorporate the requirement for a PLA. The amendment is anticipated to be issued on or about 16 June 2025.
