Issued on November 3, 2025. The Western Area Power Administration, Corporate Service Office, intends to acquire on a sole-source basis the purchase of the Focus Visual software annual maintenance renewal, formerly known as Quality Training Systems Inc., Quality Training Systems (QTS) Quality Training Database (QTD). The Period of Performance (PoP) requested is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received within 5 calendar days after the date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on the ability to satisfy the Governments requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
