The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: Explosive material SLSGT testing This is sole sourced to Reynolds Systems Inc. (RSI), 18649 State Highway 175, Middletown, CA 95461-9734 due to their possession of highly specialized tooling that is fully compatible with the equipment currently in use within the labs. RSI previously performed these tests, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and alignment with prior testing results. Their unique expertise and familiarity with the process are critical for maintaining consistency and meeting established requirements. No other vendor can provide the combination of compatible tooling, proven experience, and alignment with past testing necessary to complete this work effectively.
