Contract Title: Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Multi-Disciplinary Maintenance, Repair, and Minor Construction in support of Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM) Public Works and Other Customers Supported by the Seattle District Corps of Engineers.The purpose of this $45,000,000 SATOC is for multi-disciplinary maintenance, repair, and minor construction, primarily in support of JBLM Public Works and other Customers supported by the Seattle District US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). This SATOC will be an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The individual Task Orders negotiated and awarded under this Contract will be firm-fixed price with an anticipated range of $250,000 to $2,500,000. The majority of work under this Contract will be performed at JBLM. A small amount of work may be performed at the Yakima Training Center (YTC) in Yakima, Washington.
