This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial products and commercial services issued pursuant to FAR Part 13 conjunction with FAR Part 12. Under this notice, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District (USACE) is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for: CHICAGO SANITARY AND SHIP CANAL (CSSC) FISH DISPERSAL BARRIER AHU1 CONDENSER COIL REPLACEMENT, LOCKPORT, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS. GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENT: This acquisition is pursuant to the provisions set forth by Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Commercial Products and Commercial Services. In this acquisition, the contractor shall provide Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal (CSSC) Fish Dispersal Barrier AHU1 Condenser Coil Replacement in accordance with the enclosed statement of work. The Government requires these commercial services for 37 calendar days, per the attached scope. The Government intends to award one purchase order by the end of January 2026.
