Presolicitation NAICS 334310

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a solicitation for a Brand Name Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and initial Call Order to include various Axis Communications IP Cameras and Equipment. The proposed ordering period for the BPA will be for a total of five (5) years, including a Base Period and Four (4) Option Periods. Each period will be a total of twelve (12) months. This acquisition will be performed using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures from FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 8. All BPA Call Orders will be Firm-Fixed Price. The Brand Name Justification (BNJ) has been attached to this notice. The BNJ includes the list of parts that have been identified for this current action. All equipment required is manufactured by Axis Communications. Please note that this action is for materials only, no installation services will be included. If any other items are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately.
