Andersen Air Force Base, Guam has a Design-Build construction requirement to design and fully repair Saipan Dorm B25007 08 Aug 25* - The last round of RFIs are posted in the attachment secetion along with the As-BUILTs. The amended Statement of Work to reflect the RFI responses will be posted. 07 Aug 25* - The first round of RFIs are posted in the attachment secetion. There will be more responses posted along with an amended Statement of Work. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The contractor shall design and fully repair Saipan Dorm B25007 to renovate interiors including floors, walls, ceiling, finishes, full restroom renovation, updating code for Energy and Life Safety, exterior renovations resulting from recent storm damage. Walkway slabs and spandrel beams will be repaired. Repairs will also include a complete update to the HVAC and Plumbing systems. B25007 is conditioned by chilled water and a central chiller plant, and both will be replaced. A complete replacement of air handlers, ductwork, grilles, variable air volume boxes, and chilled water piping will be replaced. The chilled water pump will be replaced.
