Notice to Offeror(s) and Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. Once funds are available, bid guarantee will be required before award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost. The purpose of this solicitation is to notify prospective contractors on the performance of construction services for project XTLF 15-1018 Repair AA and E Storage at F527. This service will renovate building 527 to comply with UFC 04-026-01 and MIL-HNDBK 1013/1A. The building requires minor renovations to eliminate deviation request VANCE AFB 97-01. These renovations include the reinforcement of the existing AA and E storage room by adding steel and plywood layers to surrounding interior walls and ceiling.
