The Corps of Engineers Seattle District is soliciting comments from the construction community addressing the potential use of PLA for large scale construction projects (exceeding $35 million) within Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Construct the Sentinel Utilities Infrastructure System at Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB) that will provide water, wastewater, electrical, natural gas, and telecommunications utilities distribution systems to serve the entire Sentinel Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Complex at MAFB, Montana (MT).
