Construct a 300-person Collective Training (CT) Enlisted Barracks for Major Exercises, Annual Training, Battle Assembly, and Mobilization training at Devens RFTA, MA. This Collective Training Enlisted Barracks floorplan is approximately 46,000 SF will be based on the standard design for an Operational Readiness Training Complex (ORTC). The project will include information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and an Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection.
