Award Notice NAICS 332994

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Program Office, PMA-201, Patuxent River, Maryland, awarded sole source modification P00005 to Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract N0001924D0104 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation - Defense Systems (NGSC-DS), Rocket Center West Virginia, to increase the existing ceiling for additional domestic FMU-139D/B Fuze and accessory kits, along with the associated technical data. As a result of this modificaiton, the total amount was increased by $97,004,665. This notice is published for informational purposes only. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). This requirement is anticipated to be procured sole source to NGSC-DS under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(l), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
