The Government is soliciting proposals from private and/or public entities interested in leasing all or a portion of approximately six-hundred and three (603) acres of land located east of State Road 85, north of State Road 20 and south of State Road 293 east of Eglin AFB, FL for the purposes of financing, permitting, developing, constructing, installing, owning, maintaining and operating improvements upon the Property for commercial (non-Air Force) use and operation. Request for Lease Proposal (AFCEC-25-R-0001) illustrates and describes the available parcel, requirements and the source selection methodology for this proposed Enhanced Use Lease (EUL), which supports the Government’s notional requirement to optimize the value of this under-utilized property in accordance with Executive Order 13327, Federal Real Property Asset Management and Air Force EUL authorities and processes.
