THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS HEREBY ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR SUBPART 5.2. The purpose of this notice is to announce the Space Rapid Capabilities Office's (SpRCO) intent to issue a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. SpRCO has determined that a sole source acquisition is appropriate for fulling this requirement. This requirement is considered commercial and any resultant contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15 to: Galapagos Federal Systems LLC 112 Kuli Puu ST Khei, Hawaii CAGE Code: 7VP89 SpRCO intends to award a 3-month base with 3, 1-month option periods bridge contract to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Support Services to support SpRCO. Award is subject to approval of the Sole Source justification. The bridge is necessary to maintain uninterrupted mission-critical support services while a protest to a FAR 15.3 8(a) competitive award is resolved, the acquisition is finalized and a transititon period is provided.
