This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, Solicitation 75H70125R00076, for a construction project for the Indian Health Service (IHS) Division of Engineering Services (DES). The purpose of this project will be to construct one (1) duplex for the Fort Thompson Service Unit located in Fort Thompson, SD. There will also be an option to construct one (1) additional duplex for the same service unit.
