Amendment 00001: The purpose of this amendment is to attach: Attachment 4: Question and Answers The 7th Contracting Squadron, Dyess AFB is soliciting a requirement for a Ops-Branded Tactical Comm Headset for garrison and field usage meeting the standards put forth in the attached Brand Name salient characteristics. QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following: Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) The contractor shall provide a technical specifications sheet for the equipment with their quote (see attached Salient Characteristics for more details) A proposed delivery period must be stated.
