Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Fr. Partrick J. Wendler (SAM UEI: MWW7TJDCKML3). This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified acquisition procedures as implemented in FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will be a firm fixed price contract for a Base plus four (4) Option Years Contract. The NAICS Code is 813110. The William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital requires a vendor who can provide services that are in accordance with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church from an ordained priest. In addition to being ordained by the Roman Catholic Church, experience providing these services to veterans is preferred. Vendors must provide proof of ordination through the Roman Catholic Church to be eligible for this requirement, and a letter of endorsement from the Diocese of Madison.
