This Sources Sought notice is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), on behalf of the NSWCPD Code 545, which is responsible for executing ship and submarine steam and auxiliary machinery automation programs. The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of Electronic Throttle Control Units (ETCU) - Propulsion System Test Device Modernized (PSTD-M) Block V-VI hardware in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work and DRAFT Level of Effort. SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required materials (described in the Sources Sought Attachment and SOW).
