General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: West Virginia City: Charleston Delineated Area: CBD of Charleston, WV Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,989 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,989 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 21 reserved surface parking spaces Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: Up to 1, 5 year option can be offered Additional Requirements: The Government shall have access to the building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Space must be contiguous. The Government tenant shall be a law enforcement agency. Government agents working from the location may carry weapons to conduct law enforcement operations. The Government may require a Technical Security Evaluation to be completed for buildings seeking consideration.
