36C25025Q0975 SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE 3D Post Processing Cleveland VAMC The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is requesting Stratasys Post Processing Equipment for the J5 MediJet / DentaJet, and J850 PolyJet 3D printing systems and the associated 3D printing materials & consumables from Stratasys, Ltd. These machines, along with the associated material, and consumables will be used to support the application of 3D printing technology with operations focused on Pre-Procedural Medical Modeling, Simulation & Practice Modeling, and Digital Dental applications. The application of this technology will be used to personalize healthcare through the development of pre-procedural planning/practice models to aid with clinical decision making and appropriate patient and medical staff education. The post processing equipment, along with the associated material, will also be used to support the application of 3D printing technology with operations focused on Dental applications including Definitive Denture arches, occlusal guards and surgical implant guides.
