This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. This Notice is to inform all parties the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center-Frederick (SAC-F), intends to solicit and award a sole source contract with the following entity for the subject requirement: Name: Argent ARC LLC SAM UEI: ZEFWDMQNPZU3 Socio: SDVOSB This award is made pursuant to 38 U.S.C. § 8127, which authorizes the Department of Veterans Affairs to award sole-source contracts to verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned [or Veteran-Owned] Small Businesses. Per FAR 6.302-5(e), no J&A is required for contracts awarded under this statutory authority (except 8(a) sole source awards over $25 million, which is not applicable here).
