The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106(b) to obtain Service and Maintenance on their Siemens YSIO MAX and AGILE MAX medical equipment, that is currently in place and in active use at the Buffalo VAMC and manufactured by Siemens. The OEM, Siemens, requires a Drum Detector Stand (Tube Crane Drum) to be replaced every 8 years as part of preventive maintenance for the YSIO MAX and Agile Max. Period of Performance (POP) (estimated): 11/5/2025 through 12/31/2025 with potential for (0) option years (single-time maintenance). All work to be completed NLT 30 days of receiving an awarded contract. Requirement Description: Siemens is the OEM Manufacturer of the YSIO MAX and Agile Max . During a recent inspection it was found that the system is due to have a Drum Detector Stand (Tube Crane Drum) replaced both units in the facility.
