This acquisition is for the manufacture and delivery of the Strap, Webbing (Crew Restraint Tether Assembly) and subcomponents: Lead NSN: 8465-01-674-8474. This item is made in accordance with Drawing #1050902 Dated October 27, 2017. A firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with tiered pricing periods consisting of five (5), 12-month ordering periods. The Governments overall requirement is shown below: Quantity: Guaranteed Minimum: 1,204 Each Annual Estimated Quantity: 7,875 Each Maximum Quantity: 9,844 Each The resultant contract will have a five (5) year ordering period with tiered pricing. The quantities listed above are estimates and may change at time of solicitation based on changes in demand and supply position. The Monthly Maximum Production capacity for the Strap, Webbing (Crew Restraint Tether Assembly) and subcomponents is 300 each per month. The Unit of Issue is Each.
