This document serves as a notification of an upcoming solicitation for Project # 519-26-100 Replace NFS Coolers and Freezers. This project primary includes the replacement, installation, testing, and integration for all refrigeration components. Furthermore, all refrigeration components will be connected to the JCI (Metasys) Building Management System (BMS) to facilitate monitoring and control of values related to all units as per the VA specifications. The Contractor shall provide all the necessary labor and materials, to complete the installation of the kitchen coolers/freezers within the existing cooler/freezer footprint as per the VA specifications located at the George O Brien VA Medical Center 300 W. Veterans Blvd, Big Spring, Tx 79720. These new systems shall meet or exceed the specification of the units being replaced. A site visit is recommended to confirm all measurements and existing conditions. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable local and VA building codes.
