Potential Offerors are hereby notified of a site visit for solicitation FA4419-25-R-0001, Altus Air Force Base Multiple Award Construction Contract. The site visit is scheduled for 18 April 2025, at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT). Attendance is strongly encouraged for offerors to fully understand the scope of work. Please reference Section L of the attached Standard Form 1442 for more information regarding site visit requirements. AMENDMENT 1 The purpose of this amendment is to:1) Correct the language in section L and Section M to reflect: Bonding Capacity. Provide evidence that the offeror is able to obtain the maximum single award/task order performance and payment bonding capacity of $10M and a minimum aggregate bonding capacity of $30M, backed by a bonding surety with a certified Department of Treasury Surety, as listed in FAR 28.202.
