Andersen Air Force Base, Guam has a Design-Build construction requirement to design and fully repair Saipan Dorm B25007 13 Aug 25* - As stated in the amended soliciation, the updated Statement of Work is posted in the Attachments/Links. 08 Aug 25* - The amended soliction to reflect the updated Statement of Work is posted along with the As-BUILTs and expanded RFI responses. 08 Aug 25* - The last round of RFIs are posted in the attachment secetion along with the As-BUILTs. The amended Statement of Work to reflect the RFI responses will be posted. 07 Aug 25* - The first round of RFIs are posted in the attachment secetion. There will be more responses posted along with an amended Statement of Work. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The contractor shall design and fully repair Saipan Dorm B25007 to renovate interiors including floors, walls, ceiling, finishes, full restroom renovation, updating code for Energy and Life Safety, exterior renovations resulting from recent storm damage.
