This Notice of Intent is provided to advise that the Government intends to negotiate a Sole Source a contractual action via a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Stone Group Architects, Inc., a Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The purpose of this action is to provide updated construction documents and to provide Construction Period Services (CPS) for Project 438-21-403 Renovate 1st Floor/Dock/180 for Kitchen and Café at the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System (SFVAHCS), located at Royal C. Johnson Veterans Memorial Hospital, 2501 W 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105. NAICS code 541330 Engineering Services will apply to this procurement. Stone Group Architects, Inc. was previously awarded a competitively bid contract to furnish 100% Construction Documents for this project; however, the VA has a need to refresh the design to include updated requirements into the project and include the necessary Construction Period Services (CPS) which will allow for administration of this project throughout construction, utilizing this firm s construction design documents.
